Wendy's - Pembroke Pines

So sad that I went into these wendys to drink a drink and pommes. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. came to the counter and 2 employees looked at me and did not even greet me. both turned around. I'm leaving. when I walk out the door to my car I see a gentleman dressed in completely black, I thought he worked at wendy’s) he didn’t. he said the service was always terrible

I was at this place today during my break. my break is only 30 minutes and I forgot to pack my lunch today. there was a woman in the cash that had difficulty with her card, therefore began to form a line. the manager or the person responsible for maintaining the operating flow in the front was really sweet! I asked her if she could accept my order, and she has no problem. she was also very patient with the woman who had problems with her card. the business was really busy at the time at 12:40. I believe that the flow of the lunch brush was manageable by its help. they also kept the environment from becoming hostile. we need more customer service like these everywhere.

Burger had very strange taste, pommes tasted like pip and drink had no ice in it. I should have gotten a refund. also most of the elements on the menu were sold out.

Place wasn't cool but humid...Floor was slippery, which means the floor was mopped with a dirty mop. Soda machine had no ice, sodas were flat, no fizz to the sodas flavor, but flat testing ...Never finished the sodas just threw them out. Customer was complaining after 25 min of waiting for someone to get to the register to take our orders. Man behind the counter explained why ,but after the explanation was done another 10 min went by before we can order.

This restaurant has wait times of 30 min every day at 12:30pm no matter what ive came here everyday for a month now and EVERYDAY THEY ARE SLOWER THAN ANY FAST FOOD IVE EVER GOTTEN FOOD FROM!
