This is a wonderful addition to the very beautiful and atmospheric carew castle. simply decorated and decorated inside, many beautiful covered seats outside ideal for all kinds of Welsh weather! coffee both decaf and fully guided is excellent, but without...doubt the highlight of the visit for me was the baked on the premises lemon cured muffin! oh my! many lemon cures and light and fluffy, but also definitiw a muffin no cupcake! a work of absolute genie! I want to make a return visit. the rocky road is also highly recommended, although I don't even try a crumb of how my man felt he needed to eat it all himself. the only thing that could be seen as a bit is that everything is served in takeaway and disposable tableware, it was not a problem for us, but I think it is worth mentioning.
This is a cheap coffee shop with excellent coffee and very good cakes and snacks. we enjoyed the bara brith and there are comfortable sitting areas outside.
The area of nest tearooms is beautifully landscaped and offers shaded spots as well as sunny corners. there was a nice selection of food and drinks in the immediate vicinity of the castle. the staff was polite and efficient. it was a good stop between the castle and the water mill.
Braved the welsh weather today, ventured down to the tearoom for a coffee cake. Amazing latte muffin. Sat under cover enjoyed the view.Thank you girls, service with a smile :
