The Kitchen - Pembury

I visited the store to inquire about garden furniture for my elderly mother, who struggles with mobility and cannot handle curbside deliveries (the only option for online orders). The service was outstanding; the staff member quickly helped me place the order and assured me that the local supplier would assist with getting the furniture over the curb. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up for my mother. I really appreciate their efforts, and the tables and chairs are of excellent quality. Thank you so much!

We ordered two Sunday roast beef meals and two mini-Chardonnay wines. The evening dinner and desserts looked fantastic as well, but the wine was a bit off. The manager was incredibly helpful and offered to replace the bottle, but it still wasn't quite right, so she graciously offered us a complimentary drink. I regret not catching her name. After lunch, we explored the retail section and were thoroughly impressed. The displays were imaginative and enticing—some of the best I've seen in a garden center! Overall, we give this place 5 stars and will definitely be returning. Well done, Notcutts in Tunbridge Wells!

This garden center is fantastic, with a wide variety of high-quality offerings. The staff, in general, are pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant team is especially outstanding, particularly Michaela, who assisted me with my car full of plants and baskets. The atmosphere is harmonious, and the service is excellent. I always grab a bite to eat while I'm there. I highly recommend this place – definitely a 5-star experience!
