Outstanding. The St Louis ribs are the best I’ve ever tasted. Seriously delicious and well worth braving a thunderstorm to get to them! The servers are excellent polite and friendly without being a burden. The breakfast is also great, although not a buffet service when I came. The cost is excellent value if you consider the other offerings in the local area, in terms of steakhouses!

The mahi sandwich is great. Had it twice on the same trip. The service was good and the workers polite. Looking forward to going back on my next trip to Orange Lake.

I'd rate the River Island Grilling Company at Orange Lake Resort 4 stars. Keep in mind that the information about this place can change frequently due to its resort nature, so always double-check with resort staff.Regarding the restaurant itself, it's very good. The breakfast buffet is worth trying, although it gets busy after 9 am. Dinner is great too but tends to be crowded from 5 pm to 9 pm. Even in September, expect 20-minute waits due to seasonal variations.Overall, it's a positive experience with easy access, but it can be costly due to resort fees. If you're a timeshare owner, make sure to ask if your discount was applied, as it's not always automatic.

My son and I ate here for dinner.The prices are overrated for the type of food and services we encountered.We had the spinach dip, j wings, Caesar salad, NY strip steak and fries.We've had better.Total for this food was $80.41! ??So, if you've been here, you know this place is definitely overrated!Luckily, this was paid with the money we received back from visiting this property! Anyway, we noticed other people tables were nicely set-up with silverware and glasses! We had to wait around for napkins and silverware. ??Our server was handling like 5-6 tables at one time! He needed some help!Overall, the restaurant is giving 3/5!

Three of us ladies went there for supper while staying at the resort. The food was so good as well as the service. It was so good, we went back for lunch the next day. It was just as good as our dinner was. We had the prime rib for supper. The mashed potatoes were very tasty. One of us had the chicken parm. It was outstanding.
