The manager at this location, Marisa, should not be in a management position. I have never encountered someone so unprofessional when dealing with an overcharge issue. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she said, "It's not my problem, you obviously are having a bad day," then shut the drive-thru window on me and walked away. Now I am having a bad day because of her unprofessional behavior. I will make sure to go to the Starbucks right next door from now on.
The service has improved at this restaurant lately, but I doubt it will ever reach the level it was in the past. The previous staff always made my mornings enjoyable. However, the quality of food and service has significantly declined in recent times, now being mediocre at best.
I was disappointed when they stopped offering my favorite drink, the Mango Pineapple refresher. I used to get one almost daily, but the other two options they have now just don't compare. Another frustration is that I always order through the drive-thru, yet 9 out of 10 times they forget to include napkins in my bag. It's especially annoying because I need them when I'm getting my food to go. This seems to be a problem at all Dunkin' locations, which is why I am giving them 4 stars.
Drive-through is pretty quick. Customer service is lacking. My hashbrowns were soggy. Never put napkins in my bag.
