Vickey's Soul Grill Catering

It was a private party and it was really nice. eating was good and the place is beautiful. Miss vicky and everyone who worked there were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Ordered food at 4:00 got the food at 6:50 two-piece meal was two drumsticks no cornbread no buns no discount for her forgetting she put us on hold for 20 minutes. Forgot to put the order in and was supposed to get the food at 4:40 and received it at 6:50. Terrible terrible terrible way to run a business. Should have at least offered a discount. Praying she knows how bad of experience we had. Can't even get one star or a penny for tip only way I could post this is to post one star. But I wouldn't give it one star.

I called multiple times before arriving on 3/26/22. The recording states open from noon-7pm on Sat. I arrived 5pm was turned away upon entry. Gas prices are too high and this solidifies why it's difficult to support black businesses. Lack of professionalism!

Food was good and hot! Turkey ribs are fire! The customer service is wonderful, they're good people in there. I'm all about customer service even if the food isn't perfect but this place has great food and great customer service. Miss Vickey is actually cooking in the kitchen!!
