Vocelli Pizza - Penn Hills

I rated this restaurant 5 stars mainly for the food, which was fantastic. The Vocelli rolls were especially delicious and the wings were outstanding. I also appreciated the good customer service provided.

The district manager, Robert, was extremely friendly! I had a fantastic experience and we will definitely return again!

I placed an online order that was never processed. When I called, I was told to contact my bank because they hadn't received the order. I didn't mind and decided to reorder from a different computer. Everything seemed to be going smoothly this time, but the delivery time was 2 hours. I called 20 minutes before the expected delivery time because the website said the order had been in preparation for an hour and 40 minutes. I was informed that they didn't have a driver and had to cancel our order. This was extremely unprofessional and left me very unhappy. I do not recommend ordering from here; it would be better to order from Papa John's across the street. Update: Despite providing my contact information as requested in their reply, a week has passed with no call or email. I am now left wondering if all their replies to negative reviews are merely performative attempts to appear as though they are addressing customer concerns.

I ordered a pizza at 830p. The store closes at 11pm. Still no pizza. To make it worse, I tried to call them many times, and Noone answered. Not a single person.

Pizza was dry and the pepperoni was incinerated..talk how good your pizza is to my father in law. And he couldn't even chew it ..the girl behind the counter said our pizza wasn't ready but she had a pepperoni one that just came out of the oven..I thinkthey 9ver cooked it and needed to get rid of it ..it will be a while before I am back very disappointed
