Dipaolo's - Penns Grove

Went to dinner for our anniversary. Stopped at the bar for a cocktail and had the pleasure of Sandy taking care of us. She is the best. What a gem. Went into eat dinner and ordered the surf and turf. It was delicious. Had enough left overs to bring home for lunch. We also had our favorite waiter, Andrew taking care of us. What a great guy. We never had to ask for anything. He knew what we needed before we asked. This place is awesome. If you go away hungry it is not their fault it's yours.

Food was good but owner was rude and uninterested in customers. Expressed a concern to the owner and he was rude and inconsiderate. I would never go back because of his attitude. Real Italians would never act that way. He's a pompous -ssh-l-,

Have a new years eve party. On the website they list 2 seatings one at 5 and the other at 8. They have a nice menu, DJ, champagne toast, breakfast after midnight. Sounds like a wonderful event. What they failed to list on website or mention when making reservations is that 5pm seating does not get half of what the 8pm seating gets and actually have to leave by 8pm. So won't get to hear DJ get to see ball dropped etc. Absolutely horrible.

We had only one complaint this evening Friday evening, July 9th, that we ordered Martinis, and they did not come to Martini-Brillen. We asked the waitress what the problem was, and she said she thought they were small on her or something. If you ask for a Martini you expected in a Martini glass so please try to correct this problem
