Silvana’s Italian Cuisine

Ordered last night! Horrible food. Picked up take out the chicken parm was dry the gnocchi were so over cooked they were mush. The two seafood were skimpy on the seafood. Have ordered many times in the past; however this will be my last!!!! Looking atthe reviews they seem to get 1 star. And there response is hey will do better next time (because we got your money). Not I amsorry please stop in and give us another chance on us. It?s

I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. Description was Crispy chicken breast strips with a buffalo sauce, cheese, lettuce, and red onion in a soft, toasted tortilla wrap. I got dry, tough grilled chicken, lettuce, and sauce in an untoasted wrap. I orderedonline and the pickup time was delayed from 15 minutes after my order, to 30 minutes after my order was placed. This would havebeen fine, but it wasn 't delayed until one minute before it was supposed to be ready to be picked up, so I had to wait when Igot there. There were no other customers in there while I was there. Overall, very disappointing. The menu pricing isreasonable. It only went over $10 because of online ordering fees. Fries were fine.

Food was fantastic, service was abrupt, dismissive, and hurried. Their were minimal take outs and no inside customers yet had no attentiveness and had to look for the waitress. Just seemed like they didn't want no one there, like a bother.

I picked up food from Silvana 's for the first time and will probably never come back. I ordered chicken marsala. The description on their menu reads fresh mushrooms a creamy white wine sauce . First the sauce wasn 't creamy it was as thin as water.Secondly, the garlic overwhelmed the dish so much that no other flavor was detectable. Besides the total lack of marsala tastethere was the smallest chicken breasts I had ever seen in a portion of food. I will say the staff was nice and the place lookedclean. I live in Central NJ where we have about 200 Italian restaurants in a square mile and if this place was located there,they would never survive. I posted only one review in my life, this was the second and this is so poor I had to comment on it.

Okay so we ordered mozzarella garlic bread and it was literally a hoagie filled with garlic and cheese lol. Also my fiancé ordered penne and we received no phone call that they didn 't have it but when he got there they said uh we gave you linguine is that ok . Y 'all are straight up idiots and we will not be ordering ever again.
