Castaways - Pensacola Beach

Right from the start, I have to say that Ashley is an exceptional bartender. She introduced herself to us and truly provided excellent service. She's outstanding at her job, and it's clear she genuinely cares about her customers.

Our server highly recommended the bang bang chicken, describing it as amazing. However, when our food arrived, we found that it was mostly batter—around 85%—with only 15% chicken, which didn't even appear to be of grade B quality.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic! The pizza was perfectly prepared, and the sushi was absolutely delicious! Our waitress provided outstanding service; she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!
