Applebee's Grill - Pensacola

Was terrible. Told there would be a 20 minute wait but ended up waiting almost an hour and a half because the kitchen crashed. Half the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. Drinks were watered down. Ordered chips and got the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. It was an experience to say the least. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

The food was not good. I ordered the Southwest Bowl. At least they took it off of my check. The facility looks outdated and could use some upgrades. But the Blondie was tasty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Well we arrived 3:45PM. 50% of the tables were empty, the hostess was at the end of the bar looking around and made eye contact with me for about 8 minutes before she finally decided to come to the hostess podium. When she did, there were other people sitting on the benches waiting that were there when we got there and another couple who came in behind us. She asked who was first in a tone and look that made me thinkshe was annoyedat having to talk to us. The lady ahead of us said they were, and their waitress had been rude to them and said there would be a 45-minute wait. The hostess was not bothered by the complaint and said well there is a 45 min wait. As slow as McDonald's is, they are faster than this. There appeared to be plenty of wait staff as they were all over the place. This would be a nice place to open a restaurant, but apparently, Applebee's is not interested. All you can eat boneless wings is not worth a 45 min wait at 4 in the afternoon.
