I dined at her food truck last weekend for the Blues at the Bay event at Maritime Park. The staff were all very friendly and they clearly take pride in their food. I ordered the brisket sandwich, potato salad, and a soda. The sides were fresh and delicious, but I was slightly disappointed with the brisket. It was a bit tough and lacked seasoning. However, I understand that this is the food truck version and the dishes may be better at their Pensacola restaurant. I have heard great things about their larger menu and I plan to visit in the future as I am always on the lookout for a good BBQ joint. They offer various delivery options through Doordash, Grubhub, Waitr, Postmates, and Uber Eats. In conclusion, it is a great spot for tasty food with friendly staff.

We visited this restaurant twice and both times the food was either overcooked or undercooked. The side dishes were bland. We won't be returning.

The jerk chicken sandwich had three bones in chicken legs on 2 pieces white bread. we followed them at my workstation two weeks. the mac and cheese, like Italian dressing-idk, only poor presentation and food quality.
