Contribuisci feedbackI went through the drive-thru and ordered a double meat Whopper with no mayo and fries. When I got home, the Whopper was single-patty with a lot of mayo. The fries were cold, and I couldn't even give them to my dog because they were so bad.
I went through the drive-thru and my order was wrong, which I had to correct at the window (initially thinking I was just missing a fry). When I got home, I realized that a whole meal was missing. As I checked the rest of the food, I found that the fries and cheese sticks were cold—completely cold, not warm or hot. I called the store, and they apologized and offered to remake the missing items. Then my daughter discovered hair in her Whopper Jr. and in the French fries, so I called the store again. At that point, I was hung up on. I immediately returned to the restaurant to request a refund. This location is incredibly unprofessional and not how a food business should operate. I will never be returning here again, and I will be sure to share this experience with others.
The manager on duty approached me and asked about my order; she looked at my receipt and commented on how frustrated I seemed, which didn’t help at all. I told her I wasn’t going to pretend to be happy because I wasn’t. Her response? “That’s not my problem.” Then, I noticed someone handed her a bag from the kitchen without my order being bagged in front of me. Typically, you can see your food being prepared and bagged, but that wasn’t the case here. This made me even more upset. As I was leaving, about to hop on my e-bike to head home, that same manager came outside with two other employees and asked who had served me. I was initially confused, but she clarified that according to her staff, my order had never been taken. At that point, I was beyond frustrated. She mentioned checking the cameras, to which I replied that if there were any further issues, I would call the police. She then took offense to the way I was speaking to her, adopting a defensive stance and telling me not to approach her that way. Honestly, I didn’t care about the respect she felt she deserved anymore, and I ended up cursing her and her employees. Her final remark was that I was homeless and hungry, suggesting I should go eat my food. First of all, I am not homeless; I have a steady job and likely make as much—if not more—than she does. Secondly, I don’t look homeless at all. Lastly, I ended up throwing that food away because I seriously doubted it was prepared in a sanitary manner. If this establishment valued its customers, they would understand that everyone deserves respect, regardless of circumstances. I will never return to this restaurant, and I’m not finished. On Monday morning, I plan to make numerous calls until I get a satisfactory resolution regarding the behavior of this manager and her staff.
The last time my husband and I dined there, the food was incredibly delicious—truly the best it's ever been! Everything was served piping hot and fresh. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding. We will definitely be returning soon!
I specifically asked for them to drop a fresh fish for me and they said they did, but I know old fish when I see it. I managed THIS burger king. I know the difference. If you didn't want to do it, just say that and let me go on about my day without spending my money on sometimes can't eat. That mess went in the trash.
