We waited to find out we needed to seat ourselves, then had to wait for the bartender to keep up with everyone there. The food came out quickly when ready. It had been a while since I had been, and it will be a long while before I try again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
During my second visit, I waited in my car for a long time only to enter the side of the building to pick up my order and found myself standing in about two inches of water inside the building. It turns out the ice machine (probably from the first visit) was leaking and the employees were just walking through the water as if it was a normal day. On my third visit, we had an awesome waitress, but as we were finishing our meal, my daughter's lemonade was refilled and we found a baby roach floating in it. We asked to speak to the manager, who initially didn't want to comp the meal and only offered a 10% discount. After negotiating, we settled on a 30% discount because I was too angry to continue arguing. Now, I drive past this restaurant to go to 9th Ave instead. Overall, I rated the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1 out of 5.
I been visiting this place for years, and see how the service has fell, it's not the workers but management, the workers are over worked doing muti jobs, from greeting and seating customers, to taking their orders, to fixing drinks, to working the kitchen, that's too much, customers have to wait to be seated, wait a long time to place their orders, and I only see 1 to 2 people working entire restaurant, I've never seen a manager, but the workers are doing their best with the muti duties, this is a shame, because the food and service use to be excellent, Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Fries, Half Order of Ribs
I absolutely adore this restaurant! It offers the best food in town, perfect for dining with friends and family. The service is top-notch and the meals are delicious. Dinner at this restaurant costs between $50 and $100 per person. I would rate both the food and service a perfect 5 out of 5.
We had an excellent experience at Chili’s. The service was top-notch and they were extremely attentive, even during the busy Veteran’s Day rush. The food was delicious and we appreciated the way they served the beer in two halves to keep it cold. Overall, we give Chili’s a perfect score of 5 in food, service, and atmosphere.
