Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pensacola

I felt that the new steak was mediocre at best. I ended up spending 20.00 on a burrito and small soda. The worst money I've spent at a Chipotle. I moved here from Arizona two years ago. I'd go three times a week to the Chipotle near my house. Quality food and reasonable. This location of Nine Mile won't see anymore of my money.

My boyfriend went to go get our order in the drive thru window and I order two bowls and a drink. He received the bowls and no drink. A white lady in the window told him that there was no drink on the ticket, but he showed her the receipt on his phone. She still wouldn?t give him the drink then two more employees said the same thing to him. He got mad and was asking for the drink and they was giving him attitude first. I worked in fast food and would of never done that to a customer. I would of gave it if they had proof. Never coming back to this location! Very rude and unprofessional! I want my coupon back for that drink that I never received because of their ignorance!

Clean building, fast service, standard chipotle fair. The inside is larger than the location at the mall and has nice outdoor seating. Pictured below is a steak bowl with brown rice, salsa, pinto beans, grilled onions and peppers, cheese, corn, and lettuce. The price was right at the 10.00 marker.

Excellent food, great service. The place was busy, but not crowded or slow. We had the chicken protein bowls with Pico de gayo and it really popped. You could tell it was fresh. The place was very clean too, and get this, the rugs, the bathroom, the floor behind the counter, all of it, spotless. I really enjoyed that, made me feel very safe and relaxed, not at all worried about the quality of my food, or the safety of my family. Kudos, Chipotle.

Ordered two of the same Bowls as mobile orders. One came with all the correct ingredients, only it had brown guacamole. The second bowl was missing a lot of the ingredients and was only filled about 1/4 of the way full. For spending $22 on this, I am not pleased and will not be coming back.
