Although it typically does take an excessive amount of time to get your food here, today was much better than the hour and a half wait I had last time when I saw 7 people walk out due to the wait. The employees were much more friendly and customer service oriented this time as well. I am glad to see that improvement. As a simple sub shop, the food is consistent, delicious and highly priced which is in line with the other locations.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed. The staff was professional and not loud or obnoxious. The food was tasty and fresh, and the restaurant was clean. It's clear that the person in charge of this location is doing a great job.
Awesome staff and awesome food! Restaurant is very clean. Missing two stars because of the stupid paper straws! Won't be visiting anymore Jersey Mike's until they can figure something else out. Paper straws suck! No pun intended LOL
The girl at the cash register was very nice, smiley and greeted her regular customer with joy and respect. It was nice to see! That woman is a 5 star! The lady who cut my meat I ordered a secret menu item #11. She knew exactly what to cut! It was so nice to not have to explain myself!
The service and food at this restaurant were excellent, but unfortunately we were double charged. We are now being told that we have to wait until Friday to speak with a manager to get our money back. I did not authorize the $100 charge, only the $50. Can someone please provide me with a contact number to get my money back?
