Jimmy John's - Pensacola

I am very disappointed! I've been a regular customer for years, but I stopped by today on my way home from work to grab some water. There were no other customers in the store, and an employee was just sitting and looking at their phone. I brought in my own clean, plastic 20 oz. cup and politely asked if I could get some ice water. The employee agreed but wanted to charge me 50 cents. Seriously? Charging for water when I’m not even using your cups? I was taken aback and decided to leave. The owners must realize they just lost a loyal customer over a simple cup of water after I have spent hundreds there over the years. It’s just ridiculous!

I had never tried Jimmy John's sandwiches before, but I was genuinely impressed by the flavor of their subs. While I may not visit frequently, I will definitely be returning multiple times. The service was incredibly fast, and I was amazed at how quickly my sandwich was prepared. This place definitely earns a solid 5 from me.

My wife and I became seriously ill after eating at this location, so you might want to check your food quality. We have never had any issues with Jimmy John's before. Shortly after eating, I urgently needed to use the restroom due to an upset stomach and diarrhea, but an employee occupied it for about 20 minutes, which forced me to leave without using it. To be honest, I would like a refund; my wife is particularly unwell after this experience.

They have recently come under new ownership and the experience has suffered. store prices are higher than the prices online which is odd. staff is super super nice. they dont accept American Express on the app or online since the new ownership. they make it hard to spend money so i will go elsewhere.

They don’t have steak and cheese or honey mustard. If you don’t mind that it’s good but I prefer subway after my experience
