Contribuisci feedbackThe interior of the restaurant appeared very clean. The app functioned well for placing orders in advance, but I wasn’t a fan of having to go inside to pick up my food. I didn't interact with any employees when retrieving my order, which seems to be their goal—to streamline the process as much as possible. The food met my expectations and was packed neatly, complete with straws and napkins in the bag.
As I waited at the drive-thru window, I heard her complaining about DoorDash customers who should come and collect their own refunds, and others who needed to learn to read, as well as those who didn’t do their jobs right. Finally, she handed me my food without directly addressing me and instructed the poor girl she was working with to get more chicken ready. Given that they didn’t have what I initially wanted when I ordered it ten minutes earlier, you would think that should already have been done. I was never given the option to wait for what I wanted, and to top it all off, my order was incorrect! I asked for extra crispy chicken but got original instead. If she focused more on her job instead of running her mouth, it would surely improve the experience for customers, the owner, and her coworkers. From now on, I’ll be going to a different location.
I visited the restaurant today and ordered four combos: two mac and cheese bowls and two chicken sandwiches. The woman at the drive-thru was rude to both the person in front of me and the one behind me. When it was my turn at the speaker, she asked if I wanted the combos or just the sandwiches. I was with my brother, who had taken the order from our family, and I responded that we wanted the combos. She then curtly told me, "Next time, say the combos." It’s clear that someone in management needs to address her attitude and communication with customers. While the food was good, her demeanor definitely needs improvement.
I had lunch at the restaurant and ordered the classic chicken sandwich with coleslaw on the side. The service was remarkably fast, which was great. The atmosphere was really nice, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
I ordered a three-piece box with two legs and one side. The legs were incredibly small, resembling those of a Cornish hen. The meat was also dry and tough around the bone. I can't believe an employee would sell such tiny pieces to a customer. It was disappointing and poorly represented the restaurant.
