Mcdonald's - Pensacola

I'm not sure why I keep giving this McDonald's a chance, but they consistently disappoint me more than any other food place I've been to. They often forget items or get my order wrong. I once waited 25 minutes for an online order with only 2 items. Only about 1 out of every 4 visits goes smoothly.

The fries were soggy and barely cooked, with no seasoning at all. McDonald's fries used to be the best in the world, but now they are terrible. I ordered hot sauce with my 20 piece McNuggets and didn't receive any at all. It was so frustrating!

They literally had 8 employees working this shift. We had to tell person taking our order through the intercom about four times what the order was and then when we got to the window we told the person getting our money about four times what our order was. My understanding with that is that this is the same person. The fries were cold and soggy. I don't know why this shift was moving so slow but we were in the Drive-Thru for at least 30 minutes

The service at this McDonald's location is possibly the worst in town. When I walked in to order, it appeared that only two people were working - one at the drive-thru window and one bagging. Despite making eye contact with the bagging employee several times, he never acknowledged my presence. After waiting for several minutes, another employee came from the back to chat with friends at the counter. She yelled for someone else to take my order, then proceeded to make a personal call while still behind the counter. Two more employees eventually appeared and seemed to discuss amongst themselves who would take my order. Although my order came quickly, there were still some issues. For example, I ordered a nugget kids meal with apple juice and ranch dipping sauce, but received a kids cup instead of apple juice, and no ranch sauce. The chicken sandwich meal I ordered in a large size came with no sweet tea available at the self-serve counter, so I had to flag down an employee to fill it for me. Additionally, the fries I received were medium instead of large, and were underwhelming - soggy and overly salty. It's disappointing because this location is conveniently situated for business, but the service has always been problematic and has only worsened over time. It may be best to satisfy your McDonald's cravings at the location behind the mall on Bayou Street.

I live less the 1/2 mile from this location. Service is horrible at best. I keep saying I’ll never go back but tonight was the last time I’ll patronize this place. The your lady taking money at the drive thru was rude, sitting in a chair and drinking an orange soda. But really upset me was an employee vaping in the kitchen. I told the manager and asked for my money back. I was told no. I will be calling code enforcement/board of health.
