Mcdonald's - Pensacola

Food was cold and drinks were not prepared the way they should have been ordered four iced sweet teas and got four teas which were still hot with no ice. No sauces included that were asked…. Ended up throwing everything away except for the napkins.

Their food is just not like it used to be, and the prices are disgusting for the food.

7pm, 07MAR2024. Very pleasant young man handing out food. But to the beautiful Black woman in the back, blue t-shirt, floral head wrap: girlie you’re amazing and ty for bagging my food, but pls wear gloves. You were all over them fries. I’m a hungry girl so I ate them anyways but pls put on gloves.

Wife is in the hospital and wanted something soft on her stomach. Only places open at 1130 at night was McDonalds and a few others. This store told me they were closed at 11:40pm when their schedule clearly states drive thru is open until 12.

Poor things are over worked and under staffed, but the food is McDonalds and the staff are nice!
