Panera Bread - Pensacola

The customer service here is truly exceptional! I enjoyed my "choose two" meal and even got another free pick two, which was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't have asked for better. The only suggestion I have is for them to pay a bit more attention to the restrooms, as patrons notice those details. Overall, a great experience!

The food was delightful and just what I was craving. The manager was incredibly kind when I asked if I could exchange one of the dozen bagels I had received. He explained that he couldn’t take them back over the counter, but kindly offered to get me a replacement bagel. It was great customer service, especially after a long morning at the hospital. The only downside was that some teenagers at the neighboring table were using a lot of vulgar language. Thankfully, I was sitting far enough away that I didn’t feel the need to move, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault.

My favorite spot to relax and chat! I absolutely love the staff—Lisa, Jen, Daniel, and everyone else!

Great food and a fantastic guy working the counter......now I'm addicted to the cinnamon rolls!

I love everything about this place. I get the soups and bagels for lunch. awesome.
