Panera Bread - Pensacola

I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic my experience was at this restaurant. I started off my day with breakfast here, and the quiche I ordered was fresh, served quickly, and absolutely delicious. I paired it with one of their energy lemonades, which was the perfect combination. Later in the day, while at the hospital for my clinic rotation, I realized that my engagement ring was missing. I was panicking, but an employee named Mike, who I believe was a manager at Panera, went above and beyond to help me locate my ring. He reviewed the security footage to provide me with more information on when and where my ring may have gone missing. His kindness and dedication deserve endless praise and recognition. He truly went out of his way to assist me, and I am forever grateful for his help.

Food is great but this is the slowest drive thru in town. Sometimes when I make the mistake of visiting this location and get stuck in their drive thru, I wonder if it would have been faster to drive to the location across town. Paneras are not known for their speedy service but this location is particularly bad. If there are two cars in the drive thru, don't expect to get your food in less than 30 minutes. I wish I could say this was a one-off lapse in service, but I've unfortunately visited this place many times given the close proximity to work.

The egg white breakfast sandwich was good but the avocado slice was tiny about my pinkie that's barely existed.

This morning, I waited 25 minutes in the drive-through for a breakfast sandwich that was hastily thrown together. Not all the toppings were even on the bread, and tomatoes were not supposed to be included. I was almost late for work, and there was only one other car in line. They need to improve their service!

Pretty disappointed. I ordered food for pick up, I drove a total of 25 minutes there and back last night for dinner for my 6 year old and myself. Got home and my chipotle chicken avocado (with no chipotle sauce because it was for my kid) was a grilled cheese instead. I only ordered that for my daughter so she would actually eat her meal… she did not eat that part of her meal I ended up cooking anyways. But I was told a manager would call me back and that also didn’t happened… honestly I would of checked my food when I picked it up if all the items hadn’t been checked marked on the bag as if it had been checked already.
