The shrimp was fresh, well seasoned, and tasty. The clam strips were just a little on the salty side. The cheese fries were amazing! You definitely need to try this place. You won't be disappointed. We will absolutely be coming back. Customer service was also excellent and genuinely friendly.
First impression walking in there seemed to be way too much tension. Only two customers inside waiting for takeout. I choose to dine in. Something didn't feel right to me so I ordered the Cuban sandwich pictured on the menu. I wanted seafood but bad seafood can make one sick. Self serve Coke products. I wanted to make an Arnold palmer but the unsweetened ice tea tasted extremely week so I just has lemonade. They called my name out to pick up my order. As pictured theportions were large. Food was hot.. The Cuban was not as pictured. Thin ham slices that were heated up. Tasted like off brand ham recovered from a dollar store. Sandwich was not cut through all the way so I hand to pull it apart. Found 2pickles and a thinly sliced piece of a tomato. Flavor was off but edible. Manager or owner sitting at a both working on schedule barked out orders. It seemed like the staff to him were little minions. Not impressed. One employeeacknowledged me and thanked me for coming in. That earned the third star. Higher priced than expected. There was drive trough traffic, I could hear the seafood orders. The tension and disappointment in the Cuban and weak ice tea will keepme from returning.
The food was great as always but customer service not so much. My Sister got the snow crab leg shrimp dinner. 29.99 market day price. She went back up and asked for cocktail sauce and the lady said that don?t come with that with a little attitude. My Sister was like ok I?ll pay for it. It just seemed to me if I just paid for a 30 dollar meal a little side cup of cocktail sauce shouldn?t be that big a deal. Mobile Hwy, Pensacola.
On Google, it says open until 2am. Went there at 11pm and they were closed, all lights off with cones blocking the drive way. Are you out of business??
Good food made fresh. Friendly and attentive staff.
