Sbarro - Pensacola

I bought pizza here since I was a kid. I love the taste, but in the last few times I noticed that the workers put the pizzas on the pizzas without gloves. Maybe it was always like that, but I haven't gone since. I saw a lady who triggered the blow like she played cards last time. Technically, the furnace temp kills the germs, but gloves would be a good idea.

I don’t do reviews often, especially not positive ones but this place was so rude today. The manager took our order and seemed to be more interested in rushing to the group of gentlemen next in line than completing ours. I waited patiently and informed her that we were not finished and needed to add a slice of pizza to which she replied I would “have to come back around” to order because she supposedly couldn’t hear me after hearing everything else from the same place just fine. Almost $17 for a slice of pizza and what appears to be a knock off hot pocket that wasn’t even warmed completely. I mean Stromboli. I’m sure the $2.39 “fountain drink” I was charged for a cup of water is fresh from the spring ; Food wasn’t great, service was garbage. Edited to add they did trade it out for another Stromboli that was at least warmed completely through but still not very good. I used to love this place but it has really gone down hill.

I remember Sbarro's fondly, it's been a while since I've eaten at one and my boyfriend and I decided to split a Stromboli and get breadsticks for a light lunch. We specifically told them we didn't want to get the combo, we had already gotten Boba smoothies. They rang us up for the combo anyway, which was NOT cheaper than paying for the Stromboli and 2 breadsticks separately. The breadsticks were bland but soft and ranch made them okay. The Stromboli was just awful. I had 2 bites and let my boyfriend finish it since we joke he is a human garbage disposal. Will not be eating here again. Should've looked at the reviews beforehand.

Terrible. Out of an entire pizza they gave us the smallest piece possible. Shouldn't even have been considered a slice. Everyone had attitude. We have walked away. Pretty ridiculous. The time before pizza was dry. Probably won't be back.

No consideration for those ordering through 3rd party apps like doordash. Even though you may have paid, they will focus on who is in front of them even if that means pushing off your order 20-30 minutes
