Smokey's Real Pit B-que - Pensacola

I tried to place a phone order at this restaurant and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. When I called back, a young lady informed me that she was very busy and that they prioritize in-store orders. She offered to quickly take a small order, but I needed a big order for my group of 5. Despite the inconvenience, I understand that stores are short-staffed. I hope the owner can help the staff understand that money is money, whether it's over the phone or in person. I will give this restaurant another try another day.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Their onion rings are some of the best in Pensacola!

My go to place for BBQ. Always great and fast service

The portion sizes of the pulled pork sandwich reminded me of a pork sandwich from the grocery store...regular serving on a jumbo bun .. very disappointed..the bbq beans were almost straight out from the can tasting..the French fries were lacking as well .. no flavor.. Brother's bbq is the best as far as I'm concerned.
