Customer service is trash. I went for the convenience of a drive-thru and they completely ruined my sub. I ordered one of the premium subs (Turkey Cali Club) which costs more than their regular subs. Instead, I essentially got a plain sub with turkey and bacon and didn't receive the avocado and fresh mozzarella the sub is supposed to come with. The items included for the sub are listed on the menu, how is it so difficult for a sandwich maker to read the list of ingredients and make the sub? And the employees there are straight up rude to some of the customers.
The service was excellent and the food was amazing. We wanted to decide where to go for lunch and I'm so glad we chose the subway (especially this place). We ordered online and ate in the store. The store was exceptionally clean and the food was ordered like us! Thanks Subway (and the wonderful girls who worked there today) for a great lunch!
We came when the crowd came in. They were gracious and gave me the head of the line. Order the old standards: Meatball and Chicken Teriyaki. Despite the press of other customers, they prepared the sandwiches perfectly. Handle the orders efficiently. Everyone seemed happy.
I just have a Teriyaki chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, Subway is always pretty good thinking I have a bad subway though I like food in general, but they were quite decent there I came on the lunch break and it took him only five minutes to make my sandwich that is not particularly bad during the lunch break.
