TGI FRIDAYS - Pensacola

The server was very helpful in supporting my friend and I around the menu. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Our food was delicious and affordable. The tables, the bathroom and the furnishings were incredibly clean and easy to navigate. I wish the shield was more visible from the street.

The hostess was very polite, patient and friendly. She accepted our seat request. She was timely and often checked us. The food was hot, beautifully presented and delicious. Would return to this place!!

This restaurant was amazing to sit down to get a decent meal. I was greeted very nicely by the reception. She helped find a perfect seat at the bar. My server came in less than a minute to take over my orders. The drinks were very nice and cheap. My meal didn't last long. Best ribs I had in a while. I would definitely recommend getting ribs on the next visit this Friday. Restaurant looks very clean, and the staff was amazing. Next time I'm in town. Watch out!

Everything was perfect!!! The food was on perfection, drinks, waiters the atmosphere, everything on point!! For years not in TGIF/Friday, but I must say we are going back soon. Keep the great work you guys

I'd consider myself a regular at this restaurant, and usually have good service....however today, I went in, and there was only ONE person there to work! we had a group of 3 that sat at the bar. I can't tell you how impressed I was by Stewart's service! I counted, there were 18 people total at that bar, with only Stewart as the bartender/server. Honestly, it was the most attentive a bartender or server has ever been. Food was all correct, fast. We never had to ask for anything. We chatted with some of the other bar guests who all were bragging on how awesome the service was today. Just goes to show you that one person doing a good job can do the job of several. Usually go there at night and they sometimes have 2-3 bartenders, and we still can't get a refill. He even did what a bartender should do and have a conversation with all of the guests. Get this...he said he's not even a bartender there! But made all of our drinks with ease. Kudos Stewart for a job well done today.
