Contribuisci feedbackA rustic wine spot in downtown Pensacola. Tony was great, incredibly knowledgeable about menu elements and even came with a vegan option. Wonderful experience and a beautiful culinary experience for me and the woman. Thanks again Tony and Urban Swinery!
I eat here every time I'm in town and have a little less than a stellar experience. The food is unique but easy to enjoy from those with a simple palate (like me). The chicken pancake is by far my favorite dish, and for those who easily feed two without a preacious appetite, especially if you place for the apple donuts that I highly recommend you do. Staff are professional and friendly, always ready to fix all rare errors (usually because I forget to ask for something). I found each of them well versed in their extensive wine and beer menu with large pairing suggestions. The atmosphere is light and open at the front with a cozy section in the back. The tables can be quite close and the joint is packed at the evenings I was, so expect a conversation Spillover, although conversations with my table neighbors have led to some great recommendations, so the interaction in my case is usually welcome. The pension is usually business-loving at the evenings, with many professionals to eat. But when I came by in shorts and sands after a beach trip, I was greeted the same. If it sounds like I'm looking because I am. Every business partner I've taken has enjoyed herself very much and when I finally got to be my wife in her, she understood my upheaval over the square. I can't talk about the city pigeon.
OMG! This place has the best food. I got the ham and cheese and my husband got the Go Pig or Go Home Grill Sandwich and it was also great. Oh and the fried green tomato sandwich I picked was also amazing. A
Service was top of the line. Candace was our server. She took great care of us! The food was incredibly flavorful and one-of-a-kind. Very unique flavors. My husband got the deep fried ham and cheese which was not only delicious, but also gigantic! The cherry mustard dipping sauce that accompanied it was to die for! It was great for dipping fries in. I ordered the Asian Pork Burger with the sweet potato salad and wowwwwweeeee! Delightfully delicuous. The sweet potato salad had just the right amount of dill. The Wasabi Cream Cheese on the burger was literally one of the best things I've ever tasted. I was just the right amount of tang. Everything we had was delicious and the perfect combination of high quality ingredients. Kudos y'all! Literally the only bummer is how tight of a space it is. Great dining experience!
Just tried Urba Swinery for the first time in Downtown Pensacola on my lunch break and tried their Pastrami Sandwich with homemade Gouda Mac and Cheese! It was delicious. I highly recommend their flavor. The service from Candace was great, but the cook/prep time for my food was a little slower than expected. Also some more reasonably priced lunch deals would make them more competitive with other downtown lunch spots. The interior design of restaurant is spot on though and highly attractive! Hope to go again and try their smoked pork!
