Waffle House - Pensacola

We went at like 3am and tried calling from the truck to place our order for pick-up but... They would not answer the phone although the place was empty! So we just left.

This is my favorite restaurant! I always have an excellent experience here, especially when Gwen is our server. She is consistently very courteous.

The food is delicious, and the classic favorites are still on the menu. However, the highlight of this place for me is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, always sporting great smiles and creating a wonderful atmosphere. If this location has experienced an overnight Flight Club scene, it’s certainly not apparent during the daytime!

My friends and I visited the restaurant around midnight on a Wednesday. There were six of us, and when we settled into a booth, a cook or manager—who I seriously doubt was properly qualified—told us that they could only accommodate five people at a time. This was confusing since the booth could clearly fit six. I suggested we sit at a different table, but he became extremely upset and ordered us to leave, refusing to serve us. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

Sam provided an exceptional experience. The service was attentive, professional, and quick, even on a busy Saturday night! I couldn't have asked for anything better!
