A&W Restaurant - Penticton

I had brought a friend to the Hospital Emergency and wanted to get out and have a bite. I've usually enjoyed A&W's Teen Burgers so that's what I ordered together with fries and a Root Beer.I've never had a Teen Burger like this! They forgot some of the ingredients. I was going to say something but three of the staff were busy chatting it up and couldn't have cared less as I was the only one in the place. Nor was I in the mood to tell them how they should treat their customers. Soon someone else came in but they didn't rush to break up their conversation.This was the worst outlet I've seen. The outlet was new but the staff was unskilled and disinterested. I will never return!

Went there in the morning for a Homestyle egg and ham,good food,but the cashier didn't smile at all and did'nt ask if I needed condiments,just scowled as she handed out my order.

It was a very nice and the service was great.The burger was very good. The people were very friendly

It's unfortunate to go to A&W and feel that the people working there really do not care about the quality of their food and how their restaurant it run. A&W needs to up their standards for sure.

Great new burgers, excellent fries, and the best rootbeer. The new décor is very nice. Staff is friendly.
