Originally, the stunning property was an apricot garden of the pioneer family Riddle in the early 1900s. With this spirit were Vera and Bohumir Klokocka, who came from Czechoslovakia to buy in 1979 and plant their dream vines in 1984. Next, the creation of the beautiful... rustic European grist mill design wooden frames we see today all loaded with white pine and Douglas fir beams really transported you to the historical landscape still preserved. A magnificent service, rustic historical building overlooking the lake and always beautiful menu-Hillside is always a “must visit”! Hannah was friendly and very attentive!

We had been for a wine tasting in her weinclub, but never experienced that until then had a dinner reserved to check it. it was amazing, I wish we had got the names of our server, 30 March 2023. service would not have. could have been better. we had both healed, it was absolutely amazing. it was a perfect evening for us!

Great experience for dinner! our server was helpful and funny. weine were wonderful, especially unstained pinot gris and syrah. Eating (scallops with pork belly and halibut) was so delicious! what a great place to enjoy a special evening meal.

OMG foods... we went for lunch and had an amazing time... there were two courses with fresh, locally produced ingredients and accentuated with a perfect combination of spices. The ricotta filled flower, the fresh pasta with several mushrooms, the amazing beef, tomato capressur, the potatoes stacked with... carrots and cheese... sooo delicious. We had a free dessert of finger food items that were fresh and delicious. No meal here. A joy! The server was also fabulous... thank you.

Our second trip to Naramata and our second time to Hillside. They delivered again amazing halibut and the best gnocchi either of have ever eaten! And our server knew her wines well and made our experience great.
