Popeyes Louisiana Chicken Penticton

Popeye's in Penticton was my introduction to the brand, and what an introduction it was! The crispy chicken pairs perfectly with the soft, buttery toasted buns, which are generously layered with mayo—simply unreal. The pickles on the bottom half of the sandwich perfectly balance the richness of the fried chicken. While I'm not usually one to follow trends, it's easy to see why this fried chicken sandwich has gained so much popularity. The Cajun fries stand out, as they maintain their quality even when cold, unlike fries from other fast-food places. The biscuits evoke a sense of nostalgia, featuring a light saltiness and a doughy, flaky texture. As for the chicken tenders, they received a glowing review from my 5-year-old: "We should definitely come back here!"

I arrived at the restaurant at 9 PM, just two hours before closing, and found that they were preparing food to order since there was nothing available under the heating lamp. While I appreciate the effort for freshness, it took about 20 minutes to receive 10 chicken tenders. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that half of them were undercooked and pink in the middle. Additionally, out of the five tenders in each order, four were extremely thin. This experience does not meet the standard I've come to expect from Popeyes at other locations.

Horrible drive thru. Every person in the drive thru is asked to pull to the side to wait. I was told 8 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches and waited for over 15 minutes and even had to call to ask if it was going to be any time soon. I've given it a few tries thinking it was maybe just a bad day, but this type of experience has been consistently bad. Will not go again.

I was absolutely perplexed by the amalgamation of flavors. They have the chicken, they have the greese, they have the heat. What a pleasureful experience. My heart is full of love.With love, Kolby R.

This Popeyes location was worth the drive! The food was fresh, and they didnt cheap out with the servings. The whole facility was clean. Excellent customer service, very attentive. ? Highly recommend this location.
