The selection they had for whisky and bourbons was unrealistic. We had the tuna pot that was a very generous portion of tuna for about $20. And the shrimps and grits were also delicious for another $25. Can't forget the appetizers Philly cheese egg rolls! And of course we had tried the pipe boss.
Great waiting staff and food. We had the Cajun shrimps and grits, meat jam sandwich and the chicken marsala. Everything was great and the food came out pretty fast. You have a wide selection of crafty brews on tap from the surroundings and a bit beyond. Check out the cool drawing waiters on the back of the review, sketched by my daughters book on our table!
Thyme Kitchen and Craft Beer is a beautiful place with a great atmosphere. The openness of the restaurant, the furnishings and the cool atmosphere will be your attention from the minute you enter the door. We had a group of four enjoying brunch on a Sunday at noon. We have enjoyed two commands of brussel sprouts appetizers, this is a must try! The brussel sprout leaves are very light and tastefully the balsamic glaze makes it delicious! I loved the lemons Ricotta pancakes. There were two big pancakes with a blueberry reubarb compote the flavors ran well together. Two of us enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches she looked good. One of us had a salad and a soup he liked very much. The restaurant is very clean, the food is very tasteful and fresh, our waitress was very attentive, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend trying this restaurant in downtown in the Peoria river district. I think the name of our waitress was Hope and she did a great job. It was nice that we sat without waiting. One that you will notice is the bar area with the extensive selection of Bourbons. The walls are decorated with weathered barn wood, deer heads and interesting wood and succulent plants. We go back to dinner and drinks every night. We saw a few people taking beers and **** fairy tales that all looked good. We were happy with the price point of food for the value we all had a lot to eat with food. The food had such great taste this place is a must add it to your list!
Omg, loved it here... I went to brunch on a Sunday, so it was cold and not crowded. Atmosphere and decor is really cool, our waitress was great, and the food and Mimosas were very delicious (also they have forgotten my bacon, Lol). Definitely worth a return trip!
Went here for brunch for the first time. Probably one of the best breakfast I've ever had in Peoria, the Ricotta Pancakes were incredible and my husband's Denver omelet was so fresh and served with ham sliced from the bone. We will be back
