This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. They do not have any shakes at all and twice I've tried to order cheeseburgers from them and they told me they're boiler is down both times. SMH
I've never had a pleasant experience at this location in the 4 years I've mistakenly given them my business. The management is subpar at best, and rude and dismissive as a default. The rest of the employees look like they'd rather be anywhere but there, and their attitude reflects it, not to mention nobody stays long enough to work a full pay period because of how horribly this franchise specifically is run. The Thunderbird location isn't any better, save for maybe a couple of people who still manage to put life in their voice, and the owner of the whole Operation is so separated from the situation, nobody in the upper echelons of either store know how to get ahold of him directly. Absolutely shameful.
Drive thru went home the 2 JR Whoopers was unfit to eat the bottom buns was hard as a rock. Not kidding. The Meat was cold and old??? But the top bun and the lettuce tomato and mayo and Ketsup was fresh ????? How does this happen?? Talked to Manager couldn't give me answer
Says the open at 0600. Spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive through at 0630 and no one came to take my order. Called and no one answered. Doors locked and everything. Their actual call service says they open at 0600.
