Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Peoria

I went to a restaurant with my family and I was disappointed with the service. The manager seemed unprofessional and was criticizing the new employees for being slow. It didn't seem to matter to them that the customers were paying attention. One of the workers was wearing tights and a tank top, clearly not in uniform. I used to enjoy dining here, but now I find it very disappointing.

We had a mix-up with our order but Kyler was very polite and quickly fixed the mistake. Great customer service and attention to detail!

Initially, I inquired about my soda cup but was told to wait until after I received my meal. Once I started eating, I noticed that there was mustard on my burger even though I had requested none. The manager was understanding and offered to make me a new burger, but the whole process was quite slow. When I finally received the replacement, it was almost cold and lacking in quality. The customer service was also quite rude.

Worse service ever went in to get my son and I got a blurry and every worker at the site refused to take my order and she, where all very rude, so I went to sound. funny how jobs like these aren't soon available because all they small punks force the owner to close shop

Bilinda and Alena are the best DQ workers I have ever seen. They are always super friendly and always make my food just right.
