Best customer service HANDS DOWN. We had a family emergency and wanted to send food to out of state relatives. The delivery time was showing later than what we needed. So we called to see if anything could be done.The manager, Jamie, was so kind and patient helping to accommodate the time we needed the delivery. She spoke with the owner right away. The owner took the time and spoke directly with us on the phone and treated us like family.I was blown away by the care and quick decision making by the staff. I wish I lived closer to support the business more hoping anyone who reads this will RUN, not walk, but RUN to support the amazing people who run this organization.We need more owners, managers and staff just like this ?

We ordered 15pc wings and loaded potato using Uber Eats. The order came quickly, but we were very disappointed with the food. The potato must be cooked the day before and just warmed up? It was starchy and even chewy. For the wings, we ordered Lemon pepper and Original barbecue sause, but all the wings were lemon pepper, which we could put up with, but they were all dried with excessive amount of dry rub. We had to scrape it off the wings because it was extremely salty. We had to throw some away because they were too dry, hard and salty. We usually don't complain about food much and understand that we compromise a bit for delivery food, but we thought the quality of the orders were too poor for the amount we paid.

Good bbq placeThis was my first time here. Overall, it was a good experience. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The food was decent. I had the brisket hoogie sandwich. I didn't like the bread or the type of cheese used for it, but the meat was good, and the fries were great. next time, a BBQ platter will be my option. If anyone likes my honest reviews, then please like my post and follow my google account -Thanks

We have enjoyed Dickeys many times. Juicy, flavorful meat is served. Good
