Dunkin' - Peoria

A terrible service. I've been coming to this dunkin for three years and I'll never go back. this dunkin is made by underage children who are extremely rude and serve frozen food. when I asked for a refund and her name, the girl who looks 35 but claims to be a teenager, they close the running thru window in my face. because they are trying to serve my 3 year old frozen food and would not return our money? I am appalled in the treatment that this special dunkin offers her customers. the load must be rested.

Those donut holes are irrististable! Especially the plain glazed ones but the last two times I've gone they have been out of them. Both times I've been recently have been between 8-9 am so how can a do it shop be out of them?!! It appears to be from poor management.

20.00 bucks down the drain. Coffee was terrible and the food was even worse. What a waste. I done understand how they are always so busy.

There donuts are almost 17.00 a dozen for just plain donuts not the fancy ones. And they wasn't much better than Safeway's 5.99 a dozen donuts. A little over priced!

Coffee tasted just okay. Muffin seemed a day old and not fresh. Wish DD would seriously consider training employees and giving every customer an A1 experience. Dirty tables were not cleaned that rapidly and that again boils down to employee training. Very dim lighting in the restroom, can barely see your own face, it's so dark and dinghy. Are we living in the 21st century?
