Dutch Bros Coffee (n 83rd Ave) - Peoria

Last week, a coworker introduced me to Dutch Bros lemonade, and I tried the Aftershock flavor, which was fantastic. So, today my wife and I decided to visit Dutch Bros for some lemonades. The lines were quite manageable. As we approached the ordering station, I reached for my wallet only to realize I had left it at home. My wife then checked her iPhone, but she had forgotten hers too, meaning we couldn't use Apple Pay either. I downloaded the Dutch Bros app from Google Play, but it wasn't what I expected. I also attempted to set up Google Pay for the first time but struggled with it just as it was our turn to order. It was a bit embarrassing, to be honest! However, the staff member who took our order kindly told us she would cover our drinks. When we got to the counter, the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even cheering us on for being first-time visitors. They really turned a frustrating situation into a much more enjoyable one. The lemonades were amazing, and we will definitely be back! The customer service was wonderful, and it made for a very positive experience overall. Thank you!

The coffee is always delicious, and the food is exceptional. The staff is wonderful and friendly. As someone who isn't a fan of small talk, I actually enjoy chatting with them while my coffee is being prepared. Don’t forget to follow them on Instagram for sticker drops! Fantastic staff! Incredible drinks! The muffin tops are absolutely delicious! So good! I'm more than willing to wait in line for this place! Totally worth it!

Matt is my favorite brewmaster! He gets 5 stars. He is honestly the only reason I still go there. He is always positive upbeat and energetic. He always wears a smile and remembers me and my drink even when I don't go everyday anymore. He deserves a raise.

Great staff, very friendly, it was my first time trying white coffee beans, it was very good and I'm not normally a huge fan of americano style. I will buy a bag of their beans and experiment with different brewing styles.
