El Alboroto Mariscos Y Chavelas

This place is fantastic! You know those hidden gems that everyone talks about? This is definitely one of them. When you walk in, it might not seem like much—it's quite a modest spot—but once you try the salsa, you'll feel like you've discovered something special! Most of the menu and even the staff’s communication is in Spanish, so be prepared. If you're unsure of what to order, I highly recommend the street tacos with either carne asada, chicken, shrimp, or fish. Three tacos will fill you up and leave you wanting more. Francisco is an amazing chef who takes great pride in his food, his experience, and his restaurant.

I absolutely love Mariscos, and their tostadas known as “el alboroto” are the best! They’re packed with flavor, and I didn't even need to add any extra spices—they were simply delicious! My husband tried the Shrimp Michelada Cocktail and really enjoyed it. My oldest child had the Shrimp Ceviche Tostadas and devoured them. My 4-year-old had the Breaded Shrimp, and those were great as well. We’re definitely planning to come back!

But don’t let them sway you. Resist the pull of the cookie-cutter diners who crave uniform, bland food that's just churned out for convenience. Your dishes are excellent—truly exceptional. Stay true to your vision and continue doing what you do best. Let your food speak for itself.

I and my Hubby, where Sunday I have eaten shrimp cocktail tostadas with aguacate and I have exactly that, but they had ran out of Aguacate and coke they said they were really busy and it is understandable it is a new place. Food was so good I am so happy that we now have a Mexican Mariscos in Peoria!!! It was busy and we still have our food in a matter of 20 minutes, maybe not bad.

This place was delicious even my two little girls loved it and they can be picky eaters definitely bringing my family in when they come to town very happy we came here for dinner tonight
