For most part, this is a great place to eat. But when I came in and ordered 5 subs for din in, 1 (the smokehouse beef and cheddar beef) was made with honey glazed ham instead of brisket. I went up and showed the workers and they argued that it was indeed brisket and refused to do what I ordered and paid. If I wanted a ham and cheese, I would have paid almost $5 LESS than what I paid, so I'm not very satisfied with the service that was provided. Plus the sandwich tasted rough, because the honey glazed ham taste didn't comb well with the blows on the sandwich.

I really enjoy the subs! However, on my visit this Sunday, the chip selection was limited, there was no ice cream available for drinks, and the drink options were sparse. The service was also slower than usual. Is this a typical experience here?

I ordered a club sandwich on a sub roll, then drove away to find a place to eat. When I opened the container, I discovered there was no meat—just salad and tomatoes. I drove back, and they made me another sandwich, claiming they added the meat this time. However, after parking and ready to eat, I found that the sandwich only had turkey on it. A club sandwich should include turkey, pepper bacon, and ham, so where was the rest of the meat? I didn’t return when my lunch break was over. Your staff really needs to learn the menu; it’s quite unacceptable to pay a high price and receive just turkey on the sandwich.
