It was unfortunate that the ingredient bar had run out of several items and a couple of sauces. Seems strange for 5:30 on a Saturday. Otherwise, the food is fresh, and if you don't like your dish, you have no one to blame but yourself. $15 does seem a little steep for dinner.
They burnt two of our meals, then they forgot to put one of the meats in the other one.
We where’s greeted at our table for at least 10 mins. Our server stopped by and let us know she would be with us soon and then came back 5 mins later, she was extremely nice and must have just been really busy. We were here to eat dinner before a concert and figured it would be pretty quick but about 45 mins into our reservation and we still had not received our meals. Our server later told us that they forgot to put our meals on the flat top... she offered us unlimited at no extra cost and packaged up our second round for us. She also dropped off some roti bread for us to try at no cost. We were very grateful and were happy that she was willing to smooth things over, but where was the manager? The manager never once stopped by to apologize or at least make sure we were satisfied, the bus boy made more of an effort to ensure our visit was enjoyable. As a restaurant manager myself I do not believe the situation was handled correctly and we will not be back.
Not very crowded. Took nearly an hour to get my stir fry. Should have taken ten minutes. Can’t go here for lunch if you are on a break from work with service this speed. Bowl was very much overcooked. Noodles became very mushy. Flavor was good enough though that I had a second bowl since I figured I’d already blown way past my lunch break. Ingredients on the selection bar were very fresh and was certainly appealing. Soup, while taking far too long to come out, was very good. Server did a good job keeping drink full. She was great. She was handcuffed by an incredibly slow kitchen. Would only return for lunch if I was not working that day.
