Affordable housing alternative in a pinch. we needed a short stay. clean, comfortable and affordable. they have great employees who were very helpful when my key card didn't work. great pool and pet friendly.

This is by far the worst place I have ever been. The putrid/ fecal smell in the hallway and the room should have been enough, but the blood-ish looking stains on the carpet and the cockroaches crawling around on the floor upon opening the door was really gross. I would avoid staying here at all costs.

Staff was great and the whole place was clean and great the pool was FANTASTIC, highly recommend staying here as everything was located in the area, shopping and eateries very close. close to the airport and a great place to stay

Hardscrabble type of place on the Phoenix-Wickenburg highway. Not much around here. Takes in some extended stayers as well as trailers. No problem with parking. A hole in the outer wall at the air conditioner frame made me think about who might have stayed here before. And what may have transpired. Anyway, the gate house is separated from the motel building and behind it, you'll find a pool and sitting area. The trailer park is behind that. Sports book is closed and doesn't look like it will open anytime soon. Lots of vending if you search through the corridors. Room was OK. Nothing exciting. There were both a fridge and microwave. Bath area still had open toiletries from the previous guest. Right now there's a grab and go breakfast. Nothing fancy. Lots of granola bars. I did only one night here. The 60 to the 93 takes me right home in just over 4 hours.

Ended up at this place due to a group booking for a team sports event. 75% of the families ended up leaving due to the terribly gross and run down conditions...without a refund. It was just worth it to find somewhere better. This place is so worn out and dirty with worn through holes in the carpet that you cannot even being to tell what the original color may have been. Stains, smells...just gross. Additionally when we checked in, we were told there was a confusion with the our group rate This place literally charged $195/night. It was dishonest robbery. Do not stay here. This place looks like it should be rented by the hour not suitable for a full night.
