Panda Express - Peoria

There we were to order what I wanted and wanted, and was very, very disappointed.... Not only did my order fail, but also my wife's record. All I wanted was a white box tray with nothing but chow mean, and the workers at the front couldn't follow directions. They ticked me so much that I didn't even want to pay for my dinner or my wife. Your Star Rating is zero, you have to follow that the customer is always right. So I'm not going to visit your franchises anymore... I should have gone to the buffet first. You didn't even have Sriracha sweet and sour or even Teriyaki sauce for us and you didn't even give us silver merchandise/ utensils. What did we want to eat with our napkins?

The food ordered tonight to not eat, and it turned out worse. Obviously they don't use hair nets they should. Hair in my food!!! Definitely not mine as it was in my noodles.

Always clean. The food was fresh and hot. It's nice to see them Teriyaki chicken.

This location is still a disappointment in customer service. One would think that the attitude of one or more employees, depending on the visit, would eventually be resolved. Not this place, I avoid this store specifically, but was asked to pick up dinner on 06-14-22, My last visit before this episode was in March 2022, where they aren't chosen by myself inconveniently with my two participants before they migrate the Chow. I'm sorry, usually I have no problem in this area, but what was presented on the line was less than desirable. I wanted to wait until new entrees were made. Obviously, they had no intention of refreshing the line. I finally won out, and you would have seen that they flinch when I was made after fresh Chow My in my container to go as the package sat on the counter 10 minutes before other ducks. This time the cashier broke the young man who tried to serve my two Entrée plates, and wanted me to tell her every side I want. Her impatience continued the payment process, and then suffered increased fear, soooo uncomfortable that I asked for soy sauce packages. I don't know why I'm undermining this nonsense.

The 2 ladies in front are very nice and welcoming! Fresh of breath air thank you!! I ordered a bowl they were quick! I get to the cashier and she is also super nice and courteous! Now this is service!!! Clean, courteous, quick! I will be back! Bowl tastes amazing!! Thanks again for GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD!!!!!
