Perkins Bakery - Peoria

We always go to Perkins every Holiday due to it is cheaper to eat great Holiday dinner, than to cook one. Then to dessert.. yummm!. You can buy muffins, eclairs, and whole pies to take home, or get with dinner. They have a buy 3 get 3 free. The Manager there is always practically there, making sure your meal is great. The staff is very attentive also. Family atmosphere. Everyone welcome.

Service was a bit slow but they seemed to have quite a few families dining at once even though everyone was separated nicely. Food was amazing!! Steak was on point and my picky toddler even ate the eggs and turkey sausage. Wish I had one closer to where I live

The food at this restaurant was excellent – hot and fresh with good portion sizes at surprisingly affordable prices. I ordered the steak and eggs dinner, which came with a 6oz sirloin, choice of potatoes, 2 eggs, and 3 pancakes. The steak was cooked perfectly and very tender, while the eggs were done well without being burnt. Our server, Sam, was excellent – friendly, well-mannered, and had a great upbeat personality. The service was also very fast. I will definitely be returning as a customer.

I always choose this place for a French silk pie when I need to bring dessert for a group. The pie is consistently delicious. However, the service can be frustrating. When ordering online, it takes the staff a while to confirm if the pie is mine, and without an order ahead of time, it takes time for them to pack up a full pie. It's strange that speed doesn't seem to be a priority.
