So glad we picked the Eiger Chalet to spend our 4 day family gathering. It catered for the youngest to the oldest of our group and everyone had a wonderful and memorable time. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, the bed and pillows were just right, and the breakfast and dinners were exceptional. The games room was a highlight for the grandchildren and kept them entertained when we were not on the slopes or at meals. From the moment we stepped through the doors of the SkiTube our weekend was an avalanche of smiles. We were met by Ash to be transferred to the Chalet. The most bubbly life infused personality you could hope for. Kaz, Jade the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Location was exceptional, food was exquisite. What can I say, the Eiger delivers everything you want and more when staying at the snow. The tube and slopes are just a stroll away. The customer service was second to none! Kaz makes you feel welcome the moment you step in the door and goes out of her way to ensure your stay is a fantastic experience. Ash is super friendly and a wealth of knowledge and I can’t thank him enough for the awesome tour on the snow mobile!! The White Spider Restaurant delivers exceptional service and quality food. Jade was bubbly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was flawless. The food was sensational!! Definitely recommend trying the Emu Ti, one of the chefs, introduced himself and we can’t thank him enough for our delicious meals. Definitely recommend the Eiger for your next snow trip! The Eiger is by far the best place to stay on the mountain. Rooms are simple but complete with all the amenities and the showers are hot! It is a family-run business and the care and attention shows... the staff are all so accommodating, and while there were a few mishaps every now and again in the restaurant, the staff are always so friendly and obliging. The bar staff know how to pour a great drink (can recommend the margaritas! and we very much enjoyed the band when they were playing. You can't beat the location and overall we really enjoyed our stay at Eiger. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family. Food drinks: Dinners at the White Spider are excellent... hearty and perfect after long day on the slopes.
