This restaurant is worth two stars at the michelin! we hold the new white georges!!! a fabulous meal, a chef who really has talent, mastery, and who manages to deliver on his plate what little can give us.. I found the frank, subtle, legible taste of the unique white sauces. We opted for the tasting menu, since, for 20 euro more than the other menus, it offers a kind of best of chef's cuisine. I was afraid of minimal portions, that's not the case. After well-thought mouths, we attended a festival of sauces all more exquisite than others, subtle cooking, fresh tastes, good, marked, unknown and always well felt. beautiful plates, good products, discoveries... specialion for the poached foie gras that is better than that of marcon, bocuse or even white. splendid calf ris, and the veal ris sauce is the element that will bring me back. There, I found what is so cruelly lassausaie, among other things, that is, knowing how to make a good real sauce. the chief has the bases, which few have, to climb very high, so I don't understand that this restaurant doesn't have two macarons at the michelin, it deserves them amply.
