Juan Pollo - Perris

I have to give them that they have my business for years. They keep it clean and the food super never had a problem with food or service and that means a lot, they did not allow to change this pandemic. Thank you for all there in our local Perris Juan Pollo

This place is fantastic! The food is excellent chicken is perfect!! You can't go wrong here!! I personally like it better than Pollo loco.

Today I bought the mini pack and the chicken was raw. When I asked about another, they told me that they frozen chicken, but they tried to live on my face, saying that it was cooked, even if it was pink. I'm so angry because my 2 years old ate a little bit of it and I know he can get sick when he eats raw chicken. You need better staff! I'll never buy it again.

I don't know how the food is yet, but $0.61 to use Debit/Kredit machine is over exorbitant! Ten states prohibit credit card surcharges and convenience fees: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma and Texas. It is illegal for traders to add all surcharges to credit card transactions or to charge convenience fees to non-traditional payment methods in these countries. I got the kicks. Stay with Popeyes.

I always get lunch for my office and the last time I went they forgot my beans. I was already back at work, 15 minutes away when I realized it and called them and they gave me such a hard time. They didn't believe me and I told them to look at their cameras if they wanted to and they told me to go back but I told them I'd go back the next day. The next day I ordered food and when I reminded them about the beans they didn't care and didn't honor the conversation we had about giving me the extra beans on my next visit. I even showed them the receipt. Very rude service. Definitely not worth my drive!
