Juan Pollo - Perris

I've eaten Juan Pollo since I was a kid. He led my husband and became one of his favorites. He always stops at this place when we are in town and it was A every time; no complaints!

While the chicken and the sides are delicious, the time you buy the chicken is the key. Some times that I went to Juan Pollo, the chicken was a bit dryr; other times it is juicy and delicate. To my understanding, they have a new portion of chicken meat every two hours. So, it's best to go to Juan Pollo when the chicken is fresh, not sitting there for a few hours.

I like to learn everything except PLEASE how to cook your tortillas!! I have to come home and cook them again because they are not cooked properly. Porfavor Enseñense a calentar bien las tortillas!
