Contribuisci feedbackJust wasted my time waiting for my cold food to arrive in a $67 order, then had a rude closing manager named Cadence provide me with zero empathy, zero accountability, and even called me back after I hung up on her to seemingly rub it in my face that she didn't care that my order took longer than quoted and that my food arrived cold. I just called the customer service number to file a complaint and gave them all of the information, instead of enjoying the $67 dinner I bought for my family. I am disgusted with the service I received and will be steering clear of this company and telling everyone else I know to do the same.
I had forgotten how terrible Papa Johns had gotten. Some slices didn’t have any pepperoni at all. Red Baron pizzas are better than this.
I ordered Papa John’s and had it delivered to my hotel. The gentleman that delivered was very nice. He called my phone to let me know that he was pulling up into the entrance and as a surprise which usually doesn’t ever happen, the thoughtfulness that went into giving us paper plates and napkins, knowing that we’re living in a hotel which I never request, it was greatly appreciate it. The food was good and on time tasted very fresh, and that it wasn’t sitting in somebody’s car for a long time. Thank you for such great service. I will give you a great review on here.
This location went down hill. Forget this chain hit the local spots around it.
I never leave reviews but the lady I spoke to on the phone was VERY rude and nonchalant the moment I shared my concern with her about my pizza . She said “well I don’t know what to tell you etc…”, not once did she try to accommodate me or show any kind of concern. I ate 1 slice to try to give the pizza and did not like it at all, so I wasted my money. The customer service here is awful and I see I am not the only one to complain about it. They seriously need to attend a customer service class!!!
