Contribuisci feedbackI ordered two pizzas over the weekend and had the worst service I've ever experienced. They misplaced our order, and it seems they need to hire some new staff. I noticed that no one was washing their hands, and nobody was wearing a hair net. The team seemed really distracted, especially the girl at the front who was definitely not focused on her tasks.
After experiencing a lack of customer service, the driver finally arrived with our food. The driver was fantastic and mentioned that, while the manager often quotes a three-hour wait, the orders were actually prepared and just sitting there waiting for delivery. Having worked in the food industry for over seven years, I believe that Judith, the manager, could have easily stepped in to deliver some orders herself. She would have earned her regular managerial wage, and while she might have needed to share tips with the drivers, that is the mark of a good manager. To retain employees and ensure their well-being, it’s important to support and fairly compensate them. If customers are treated with care, it ultimately benefits the business and allows for better pay down the line. And all of this happened on a Tuesday night.
The gentleman who took my call was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, prices, and specials. I felt a bit guilty for asking so many questions, but he answered each one thoroughly. I've ordered from Domino's across the country, and this location has, by far, the best customer service I've ever encountered at a Domino's. I really wish I had caught his name. I highly recommend this place!
Staff is nice. Food is usually good. The last 3 times I have ordered the app will tell me about a 40 minute delivery time. Food is cooked fast then it sits for an hour or more before its delivered. Pizza is cold and limp, the teenage kids even throw itaway. Have been extremely disappointed lately.
Very frustrating experience. I have ordered from this domino's on a regular basis for years. We recently moved just minutes away and now we are unable to order delivery via the app. In the past I was told to just place a carry out order and then call thestore to have it changed to delivery. This has worked for the past few months until last night. I was ordering food for myfamily because I was headed in to work a 12 hour shift. I did did what I normally do, but then I called to change the order todelivery and I was told I couldn't use the coupon because it was carryout only. The coupon was 5.99 for carryout and 6.99 fordelivery. The person that answered the phone was very unprofessional. I had asked them to just change it to the 6.99 fordelivery coupon but i guess that was too difficult. I was then told my card didn't process because of insufficient funds. I hadexplained I already paid for the carryout order and they just kept telling me my card was declined. I told them to just leave itas the original order and we would come pick it up even though I was short on time. Hung up the phone to get a call back onceagain telling me I hadn't paid and that my card was declined even though I had checked my bank and had paid. I talked to 3different people before canceling my order all together. Needless to say my family had to fend for themselves for dinner....don't think I'll order from this location again.
